● Shabu-shabu with grilled flying fish broth

Our proud shabu-shabu is enjoyed with fragrant grilled flying fish broth.

The "base set" includes a combination of Shimane Wagyu beef loin and Okuizumo pork (60g each), colorful aromatic vegetables, homemade ponzu and sesame sauce, and Izumo soba noodles to finish off the meal.
