The meal begins with a refreshing appetizer of Shimane's local flavors, followed by cold clam chawanmushi and roast beef, all made with seasonal ingredients.The shabu-shabu is made with Shimane Wagyu A5 loin, Okuizumo pork, Bishin vegetables, and seasonal fish, all of which are the bounty of Shimane.For the final course, try grilled rice ball chazuke garnished with grilled minced flying fish, and for dessert, try "Izumo chilled zenzai" with a fragrant plum honey jelly.
